World premiere stage adaptation of the 1919 german film
"Beware the question you ask, for you soon will know the answer" is the macabre warning given by the ominous Doctor Caligari to the fairgoers of the town of Holstenwall. The Foppish Dandies & Co. presents the world premiere of its stage production of 'The Cabinet of Doctor Caligari', a multisensory adaptation from the acclaimed 1920 German silent film. The play tells the story of the deranged doctor and the fortune-telling somnambulist Cesare who arrive at the town fair amidst a series of grisly murders.
